CMT Awards 2025 canceled 2 years after moving to Austin.
The 2025 Country Music Television Awards show has been canceled amidst the merger of parent company Paramount Global with David Ellison's Skydance Media. In 2024, the CMT Awards were held at Moody Center on April 7, which marked its second year the ceremony was hosted in Austin.
