While sharing information on Grenada's human situation at the May 9 universal periodic review in Geneva, Rae Thomas, senior crown counsel in the Ministry of Legal Affairs, told the review that people in Grenada who engage in same-sex relationship are not treated different because the constitution provides equal rights for all citizens.
